Milliners/Straw Needles
These Milliners, or Straw needles, are made of quality English steel. They have a small slender eye and a longer than average shaft ending in a sharp point. Traditionally used in hat making these needles are ideal for bullions, white work and fine hand embroideries. Larger needles are wonderful for extra long or chunky bullions, Brazilian embroidery and other twisted thread embroidery. Great also as a beading needle as they are long and slender, but not as flimsy as a beading needle. Want a similar needle but a shorter length? Choose a Sharps needle. Eye too small to thread?
