Featured on the cover of issue #117, this pretty empire dress has a pleated front, lace fancy band and delicate Bullion Fairy Embroidery designs.  In girl's sizes 2-14 this pretty little dress or blouse made of pink Ulster linen, tatting and French laces plus silk ribbon embroideries.  Dress also features an attched slip.  Shown with Pantalettes from the Dainty Underclothes for Girls pattern.
