Adorable You Dress Kit

This whirly twirly petticoat dress is gloriously gathered with tier-upon-tier of ruffles.  The organdy bodice has a Swiss and French lace overlay and is adorned with soft silk satin ribbon roses and bows.  Delicate picot flower trim edged bodice and is pinstitched at the hem.
