“Flirty Girl” is a square yoke top with three tiered flounce ruffles made from a sweet cotton print.  The yoke is made from light blue and lime green spaghetti bias woven together with lace and tied up with a spaghetti bias bow.  The yoke is also embellished with ready-made crochet flowers and mitered spaghetti leaves with lace.  The skirt and sleeve flounces are edged with more spaghetti bias and a decorative zigzag topstitch, and the extra special sleeves are Kari’s clever halo sleeves.  This adorable top is finished off with another crocheted flower and lace leaf on the flounce.
