“Confetti Rainbow” is a pullover-the-head reversible, round yoke dress.  It is made from a lined piqué print of chocolate brown and pastel bubbles and accented with robin’s egg blue solid piqué for the yoke and sleeve cuffs.  Two different widths of chocolate brown ribbon embroidered with coordinating pastel pink polka dots are topstitched around the hem for a little extra punch.  The final detail is a delightful trio of double loop satin Whimsy Stick roses in two shades of pink accented with brown satin ribbon leaves.  And, for extra style, a narrow pink and brown reversible satin ribbon can be tied at or slightly above the waist to give an even more fitted, trendy look!
