“Candied Kisses” is a dress with a round scalloped yoke made from a dainty white satin stripe and dress fabric of a bright blue, featuring furry little forest friends.  The scalloped yoke is edged with looped pink satin Whimsy Stick trim and topped with stipped spaghetti bias.  The charming scalloped hem, edged with the same spaghetti bias, has peek-a-boo ruffle of pink chiffon with pink satin Whimsy Stick Roses adorning each peak.  One last large pink rose with green satin leaves and blue flower beads embellishes the yoke front and center to make this dress sweet as candy, indeed!
