Adorable You Dress Kit
This whirly twirly petticoat dress is gloriously gathered with tier-upon-tier of ruffles. The organdy bodice has a Swiss and French lace overlay and is adorned with soft silk satin ribbon roses and bows. Delicate picot flower trim edged bodice and is pinstitched at the hem. As seen in Kari's new Sewing with Whimsy book.
